Sesame Salad Dressing

Jamie Stolper

This dressing is especially good on romaine lettuce or fresh spinach leaves.  I often add mandarin oranges and red onion to the salad for extra color and flavor.  This goes particularly well with an Asian-style meal.

Ingredients

1/2 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, partially ground
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon garlic juice (or finely chopped fresh garlic)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well.  Refrigerate until ready to use.

Makes 1 1/4 cups.
